It allows the patient to go back to certain periods in their lives that has a negative memory attached to it. By doing this they can disassociate themselves from the situation and also provides them with the opportunity to put how they felt at the time into perspective. Together with certain perceptual positions in the neurology and predefined conditions, it will make it possible for the client to eliminate any and all negative emotions that are associated with that specific memory of the event, subsequently allowing them to move on.

  • Let go of limiting decisions from the past: you may not even be aware of the fact that the way in which you make decisions in your present life, stem directly from a past experience.   • Create the future you want: achieving your goals and having the future that you want for yourself is possible. Creating a compelling and positive future in your imagination, makes it possible to achieve the goals that are set out. If you have a future that you are willing to work towards (even if it is imaginary) you are more likely to do everything in your power to achieve it.
